Doc’s Cellar Summer Ale is a smooth and balanced beer.   It’s very drinkable, and like the name implies, suited to drink in a hot weather.  This beer is as easy to make as it is to drink. When you pitch ale yeast it becomes a Summer Ale, when you pitch a lager yeast it becomes a Munich Helles.  Add 1lb of Honey malt to this recipe and it will become a Honey Blonde.
